Shipping Methods and Rates
Eva’s Esthetics orders of $500.00 or more receive free UPS standard ground shipping.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are shipped Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply for orders under $100.00.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
We only ship via UPS. We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. UPS Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
We do not ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online. If you are interested in purchasing products and live outside the U.S. please call 1-800-765-7597 or 510-382-0222.
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact a Eva's Esthetics Customer Representative at 1-800-765-7597 or email us with the subject "My Order" or "Can I Change My Order?". Order corrections must be made within 5 days or receipt. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number and order date available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at the Contact Us Page or email@example.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you ever buy anything from us that you do not like, you may exchange any of our products, within 30 days of the invoice date. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of invoice date. Requests for refund are only accepted for unopened products and must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.
Customers who purchase products from the evasesthetics.com website may return or exchange them by mail. Please call 1-800-765-7597 for more details.
If you buy Tu’el products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
